«Portrait With Firewood» es el trabajo más personal de Felix hasta la fecha, el producto de un 2017 emocionalmente turbulento, que captura la gama de sentimientos y emociones que atravesó en vívida belleza sónica. Dejando a un lado su anterior enfoque sampladélico, volvió al instrumento de su infancia, el piano, como punto de partida central.
Djrum tiene formación clásica en la tradición del jazz e influencias de Keith Jarrett y Alice Coltrane. Antes se mostraba tímido ante la perspectiva de que los aficionados oyeran su forma de tocar el piano, pero decidido a superar este miedo ha aportado una nueva honestidad a su trabajo.
El objetivo de Felix era crear algo «abrumadoramente bello», pero también captar la «melancolía inherente a la belleza en toda su impermanencia y fragilidad». La artista Marina Abramovic le sirvió de inspiración y consuelo.

Returns
Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
- Received the wrong item
- Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging)
- Item had defects
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
